1 pkg. Hamburger (ground chuck)
1 small roll of Sausage (Bob Evans)
1 onion - finely chopped
1 green pepper - finely chopped
Season to taste with garlic, pepper, and seasoned
all spice
Cheese slices
1 pkg. Tater Tots

Combine and brown above. Pour off grease. Add 4 scrambled
eggs. Mix 1 or 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup. Place all of
the above in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place cheese
slices on top of to fully cover mixture. Arrange Tater Tots on
top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until Tater Tots are
golden brown and cheese is fully melted.

NOTE: Cream of Celery or Potato soup can be used instead of
Mushroom Soup.
