1 lb. hamburger liquid smoke garlic powder Salt Pepper 2 pkgs. mushroom gravy mix Make hamburger into patties. Place patties in 9 inch skillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Shake on 3-4 drops of liquid smoke onto each patty. Fry until done and browned on both sides. In separate sauce pan, mix gravy until dissolved. Rinse skillet with 1/4 cup water and add to gravy for flavor. Place hamburger patties in gravy and simmer for about a half an hour.
