Lawry's Seasoned salt celery or onion salt garlic powder black pepper generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice Capful of apple cider vinegar Large 3 1/2-inch thick piece of steak 4 - 6 lb. 1 stick butter Mix first 6 ingredients and rub both sides of steak. Let stand 2 hours a room temperature or refrigerate overnight. Cook on grill, turning once for approximately 1 hour, If steak is 3 inches thick. The smaller the steak the less time it takes. Keep top closed to add smoked flavor. While meat is cooking melt butter in saucepan add the same ingredients as rubbed on steak. Be careful not to add too much salt. When meat is done to taste, slice in 1/4 inch strips and pour saucepan liquid over steak and serve. Recipe makes approx: 6 - 8 servings.
