1- (12 oz.) tomatoe paste 3 c. water 1 medium onion (brown in small amount of oil) 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp anise 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 2 or 3 bay leaves 3 or 4 lb. Italian Sausage Mix all above in skillet and heat. Pour in crock pot. Cut 3 or 4 pound of Italian Sausage in 3 inch pieces and add to sauce. Cook on low approximately 10-12 hours. Serve on buns.
