1 lb. Sausage
3/4 c. Instant Rice
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 large can chopped mushrooms - drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped celery
Cook rice in 1 1/4 cup water with bouillon cube. Set aside.
Brown sausage, crumble and drain well. Combine sausage, rice and
all of the other ingredients. Spoon into greased casserole dish.
