1 lb. Prime meat - small pieces 1 chunk of fresh ginger - minced 4 - 5 cloves garlic - minced 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. hot red pepper 1/4 tsp. turmeric Tomatoe - chopped Salad Banana Pepper - chopped Mix meat and spices, then add very little water. (Remember when you wash the meat it tends to have some water, so do not add too much water). Place in a medium - large sauce pan. Cover and cook on low - medium heat for at least and hour. If more water is needed add a few spoonfuls. Check and stir every 15 minutes. When the meat is tender let the water dry. Then fry meat by adding some oil (2 tablespoons or more as desired). Add chopped tomatoes pieces, and chopped fresh green pepper (not bell pepper) Salad Banana Pepper. Stir. When oil begins to separate, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Check of meat is in thickened sauce, it should be ready. Taste the spices for adjustment. Decrease the amount of pepper if you don't want it too spicy.
