Biscuit dough 1 Deer hind quarter onions salt & pepper Old Bay seasoning BISCUIT DOUGH: 2 c. flour 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. shortening 3/4 c. milk Make a biscuit dough. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt. Using a pastry blender cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a hole in center. Pour all the milk at once. Mix it up until it is moistened. Roll out flat. Put deer quarter on dough with onions, salt, pepper and old bay seasoning or other seasonings. Roll up the dough with the meat and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Take out and eat. Really good.
