Biscuit dough
1 Deer hind quarter
salt & pepper
Old Bay seasoning

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Make a biscuit dough.

In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt. Using a
pastry blender cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse
crumbs. Make a hole in center. Pour all the milk at once. Mix
it up until it is moistened. Roll out flat. Put deer quarter on
dough with onions, salt, pepper and old bay seasoning or other
seasonings. Roll up the dough with the meat and bake at 350
degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Take out and eat. Really good.
