1 1/2 quart casserole dish
1/2 lb. macaroni
1 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese - diced
1 large can evaporated milk or Half and Half
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 stick of butter
Cook macaroni until done. In casserole, layer macaroni,
cheese, and butter. Continue to layer until all macaroni is used.
Beat eggs; add salt and pepper, and milk. Use a blender. Pour
over macaroni mixture. Poke a knife down sides of mixture to make
sure milk has gone through to the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for
30 - 45 minutes. Recipe makes approx: 10 servings.
