2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 c. chicken or beef broth

Beat eggs, salt, and milk together. Fold in flour and baking
powder until almost stiff. Roll batter on floured counter until
1/4 of an inch thick. Cut and cook until tender in boiling
chicken or beef broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Usually
takes 45 minutes on medium heat.
