1 c. flour
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
In bowl mix flour, water, egg, salt and pepper to taste. (Add
more flour if needed.) The dough needs to be really stiff. Roll
out on floured surface about 1-inch thick. Cut into strips and
drop into hot chicken broth. Cook for about 35 minutes or until
they rise to the top of the pan. (You can also add some chicken
for more flavor.)
