1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 c. rice, precooked
1 can Tomato soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. water
garlic to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
Mix meat ingredients (rice, egg, onion and garlic salt).
Place 1/2 cabbage on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Put meat mixture
over top of cabbage. Add rest of cabbage over meat. Mix tomato
soup and tomato juice with water. Pour over top. Bake at 350
degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
