1 medium head cabbage, chopped 1 c. rice, precooked 1 egg 1 can Tomato soup 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 c. tomato juice 1 1/2 c. water garlic to taste 1/2 c. chopped onion Mix meat ingredients (rice, egg, onion and garlic salt). Place 1/2 cabbage on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Put meat mixture over top of cabbage. Add rest of cabbage over meat. Mix tomato soup and tomato juice with water. Pour over top.
