STUFFED PIZZA

1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. cold water
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (12 oz.)
1- (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
Your favorite pizza toppings

Grease rectangular baking pan 13 x 9 x 2. Cook and stir sausage
and ground beef until brown. Drain; set aside. Mix baking mix and
water until dough forms. Divide into 2 parts, one slightly larger.
On surface dusted with baking mix, roll larger portion into
rectangle 16in. x 14in. Fold into thirds. Place in dish, unfold.
Press on bottom and up sides of dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese,
cover with 3/4 cup of the pizza sauce. Add meat mixture and other
toppings. Cover with 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Roll remaining dough
into rectangle 13 x 9. Fold into thirds. Place over cheese in
dish; unfold. Press bottom and top crust edges together to seal.
Make small slits in top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 22 to 25
minutes or until crust is golden brown. Recipe makes approx: 8 -
10 servings.
