1 lb. Ground beef or Italian sausage
1 lb. bag Penne Rigate Pasta
2 - (26 1/2 oz.) cans Spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese - divided
2 c. shredded mozzarella or mozzarella/provolone mixed

Brown meat in large skillet or microwave, drain. Cook pasta
according to package directions, drain. Stir in pasta, spaghetti
sauce and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Spoon into 13 x 9 inch baking
dish. Top with shredded cheese and remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Recipe makes approx: 6
