1/4 c. oleo 1 c. chopped onion 4 c. cooked rice 2 c. sour cream 1 c. cottage cheese 1 bay leaf 3 - (4 oz.) can green chili peppers 2 c. grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan) Saute onion in oleo, stir in rice, sour cream, cottage cheese, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Mix. Put half in bottom of greased baking dish. Put half of chili peppers over this and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
