1/2 c. minced onion 1/4 c. butter 2 c. cubed cooked turkey 1 clove garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can mushroom pieces (drained) 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley Saute onions in butter. Stir in cubed meat, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over fluffy cooked white rice or noodles. NOTE: Quick, easy, makes good use of leftover turkey. A good "company" dish. Recipe makes approx: 4 to 6 servings.
