1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 - (10 oz) can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 - (3 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
6 c. cooked noodles
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Stirring until
ground beef is crumbly. Drain. Add soup, milk, mushrooms, salt
and pepper, mix well. Simmer until heated through. Stir in sour
cream. Serve over noodles. Yield 8 servings.
