SCALLOPED POTATOES

8 - 10 potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Pepper to taste

Melt butter over low heat. Add flour and salt, keep
stirring. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring
constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Cook potatoes until
almost done. Drain off most of water. Add sauce, little bit of
butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Add extra cheese if you want.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
