5 medium sweet potatoes or 1 can (40 oz.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
about 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
3 Tbsp. flour

Heat canned sweet potatoes and drain. Beat sweet potatoes
with mixer. Add other ingredients. Put in greased casserole;
approximately 8 x 8 inch pan. Combine topping ingredients with
hand blender or cut with knife. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 or
350 degrees for 45 minutes.

NOTE: Yams can be used instead of sweet potatoes. They are
much better!
