3 c. sweet potatoes - mashed 1 c. granulated sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs - beaten 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. pecans - chopped 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. pecans - chopped 1/3 stick butter - melted Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, nuts, salt, eggs, butter, and milk and vanilla. Pour into buttered dish. TOPPING: Combine brown sugar and nuts with butter. Pour over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in covered dish for 35-40 minutes.
