Pillsbury All-Ready Pie Crust 1/2 pint. salsa 2 cans black beans (drained) 8 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded) (2 cups) 3 - 8-inch flour tortilla shells 1/2 c. dairy sour cream Prepare pie crust according to package directions. For 2 crust pie using 10 inch deep dish pie pan; mix beans and salsa; spoon 1/3 of bean mixture into crust-lined pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese; top with tortilla, repeat layering twice; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with second crust; seal edges and flute. Cut slits in top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with sour cream.
