1/2 bushel Tomatoes
1 head Cabbage
4 large Onions
4 Sweet Peppers
1 quart Beans (You can use dry beans, green beans that is in the
garden that have turned yellow in the garden)

Put a handful of salt in the above items and let set
overnight. In the morning drain off the salt water. Add 1 quart
of vinegar and add sugar to suite your taste. Cook for 3 hours,
or until done.
