3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix (instant) 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3 Tbsp. butter, softened 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 2 can (14 1/2 - 16 oz. each) canned sliced peaches; drained (reserve the juice) 1 pkg. reduced - fat cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 Tbsp. reserved peach juice 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Spray bottom of a 9 inch deep dish or 10 inch pie plate. In large mixing bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased pan. Set aside 8 large peach slices. Cut remaining peach slices into 1/2-3/4 inch chunks. Place the drained peach chunks over batter, keeping peaches about 1/2 inch to 1 inch from the edge. In a small bowl combine cream cheese and next 3 ingredients, beat until smooth. Spoon over peaches within same distance from edge. Combine cream cheese filling. Place reserved peach slices on top in circular fan design. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes. Cool at room temperature. Chill until serving time. Recipe makes approx: 8-10 servings.
