3 sq. chocolate (unsweetened)
2 1/2 c. milk
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cut chocolate into small pieces, place in pan with the milk,
beat. Mix flour, sugar, salt and egg yolks and add to hot milk.
Cook well. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Pour
into a baked pie shell. Cover with meringue and brown.
