4 c. of flour 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. cold shortening 1/2 c. cold water 1 egg 1 Tbsp. vinegar In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles crumbs. In a small bowl combine water, egg and vinegar. Stir in flour mixture, until moist. Form into a ball. Cover with towel and put in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Roll out on floured surface. Bake at 350 degrees. The crust is great for any fruit pie or cobbler. Very easy to make.
