5 lb. bag flour 2 Tbsp. salt 3/4 c. white sugar 3/4 c. shortening 2 Tbsp. dry yeast 2 quarts of warm water Pepperoni Cheese Mix all together. Lay out on flat surface and knead for 5 minutes. Put in well oiled pan to rise (doubling in size). Punch down and shape into rolls. Grind pepperoni with food grinder. Grind yellow american cheese. Mix them together and put on patted out piece of dough. Roll up and place them on a greased pan to rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and brush with oil. Cool and remove.
