2 eggs 2 pkg. yeast 3/4 c. shortening - soft 2 1/2 c. warm water 8 to 8 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 2 1/2 tsp. salt Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, shortening, and salt. Slightly beat eggs. Add to sugar mixture. Add flour and knead about 10 minutes. Rolls can either be refrigerated or let raise until doubled and punch down. Make into rolls or pepperoni rolls and let rise.
