YEAST ROLLS

milk (lukewarm)
2 Tbsp. salt
5 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
5 eggs (beaten)

Combine all ingredients and let set until yeast comes to the
top and is foamy. Have flour in large bowl (about 10-12 cups).
Make a well in center of flour and pour milk mixture in the well
and mix by hand until it forms a ball. Turn out on floured board
and knead until not sticky. Place in greased bowl and place in a
warm place to rise until double. Make into rolls and let rise
again. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and butter top with melted butter.
