2 c. boiling water 1/4 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. Crisco 2 tsp. salt 2 small cakes or 2 pkg. dry yeast 2 eggs, beaten 7 c. flour Add Crisco, salt, and sugar to boiling water; let cool. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c. warm water, then add eggs and yeast to first mixture. Add flour last. Knead well, grease with Crisco or oil. Let rise in ice box or cool place. When ready to use, sprinkle flour on board and use half of the dough. Roll out, cut with a can to make a roll hamburger size. Roll thin, brush with melted oleo or oil. Let rise about 2 hours.
