1 can of milk - add hot water to make 1 quart 1 quart of warm water 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. salt 1/4 c. oil or melted butter 3 pkgs. dry yeast 5 lb flour (May take more - mix until not sticky) Brown sugar Cinnamon Add water and milk to yeast, sugars and oil. Add flour and knead until mixture is not sticky. Let raise until double. FOR ROLLS: Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Spread butter on dough. Cover with brown sugar, sprinkle well with cinnamon. Roll tightly and cut 1 inch thick slices. Place in pan 1 1/2 - 2 inchs between each roll. Let Rise. After baked, ice with powdered sugar icing.
