DOUGH: 4 c. flour 4 sticks butter - softened 2 egg yolks - beaten 1 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. Vanilla Butternut Flavoring FILLING: 1 c. and 1 lb. chopped or ground walnuts 1/3 c. canned milk 2 Tbsp. light Karo 1 c. light brown sugar - packed 1 Tbsp. butter - softened DOUGH: Cut butter into flour mixing well. Add remaining ingredients. Mixing well. Divide dough into 7 balls. Wrap each ball individual in saran wrap and chill over night in refrigerator. Sprinkle lots of sugar on pantry sheet or countertop. Roll each dough ball into a circle working one dough ball at a time. Using pizza cutter; cut circle into pie sections. 12 sections per ball. Put filling in widest part and roll up to the point. Put point side under on a greased airwave cookie sheet. (The airwave is a must). FILLING: Heat milk, Karo, sugar, and butter until sugar melts. Add nuts and cool. Spread on dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Recipe makes approx: 80 +.
