1 1/2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 - (16 oz.) Light Red Kidney Beans
1 - (16 oz.) Pinto Beans
1 - (16 oz.) Great Northern Beans
1 - (16 oz.) Butter Limas
2 - (16 oz.) Baked Beans
3 tsp. Equal or Sweet -N- Low
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. onion - minced
Brown ground beef and drain. Mix ketchup, equal sweetener,
onion and set aside. In slow cooker, oven or dish. Add the beans
draining part of the liquid off. Combine meat and beans and stir,
adding liquid mixture. Allow the hobo beans to cook slowly for
approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours in slow cooker or until they
thicken. Will thicken as cools. Oven temperature at 350 degrees.
Slow cooker on medium heat. Recipe makes approx: 20 servings.
