CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PARFAITS

2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cold skim milk, divided
2 Tbsp. Chunky Peanut Butter
1 c. thawed Lite Whipped Topping
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Fat-Free, Sugar-Free, Chocolate Instant
Pudding and Pie filling

Add 2 tablespoons of the milk to the peanut butter; stir
until well blended. Stir in whipped topping. Pour the remaining
2 cups milk into medium mixing bowl. Add the pudding mix. Beat
with wire whisk for 2 minutes. Spoon half of the pudding mixture
into 4 parfait glasses; cover with whipped topping mixture. Top
with remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Recipe makes approx: 4 servings.
