LOW-SUGAR NUT ROLLS


DOUGH:
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
3 packets Equal
1 1/3 c. butter
1/3 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 can evaporated milk

FILLING:
1 lb. ground walnuts
1/3 lb. brown sugar (3/4 cup)
1/3 Tbsp. butter
1/6 c. milk
1 egg

DOUGH: Mix dough ingredients; chill for 2 hours. Roll out and
cut in rectangular shape, put 1 teaspoonful of filling on each and
roll up. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
