2 c. flour 2 sticks margarine 1 c. chopped nuts 1 large pkg. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 pint Cool Whip 2 small boxes Instant Lemon Pudding 3 c. milk Cut margarine into flour like pie crust, mix in nuts and bake in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until light brown. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, add powdered sugar, fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread on the crust. Mix milk and pudding. Spread on the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and refrigerate.
