1 pkg. of yellow cake mix
1/3 c. margarine (softened)
2 pkgs. (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Beat cake mix, butter, and egg in large mixing bowl at low
speed. Lightly press above mixture in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons vanilla
until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350
degrees until set 20 to 25 minutes. Then mix sour cream, 1/2 cup
sugar, and 1 tablespoon vanilla until smooth. Spread over partly
cooled cream cheese. Chill and spread with pie filling.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours covered.
