BAKED LEMON CHEESECAKE


CRUST:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter - melted

CAKE:
1 1/2 lb. (3 - 8 oz.) cream cheese - softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
Lemon juice to suit taste

CRUST: Mix all together. Reserve 1/2 c. for top of cake.
Press crust in cake pan.

CAKE: Mix all but sour cream. Beat 10 minutes. Add sour
cream. Pour in crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add
crumbs on top and bake 10 minutes more. Turn off oven and leave
cake in oven with door open for 1 hour.
