2 small boxes Orange jello
1 - (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (not drained)
2/3 c. cold water
1 can cold milk
Chopped nuts (optional)
Boil water with the jello. Add the cream cheese and stir
with beater to make smooth. Add pineapple and let cool.
Whip milk and jello mixture together. Mix well. Pour in an
oblong pan or plastic container. Put in refrigerator until set.
Garnish with chopped nuts. Recipe makes approx: 1 large oblong
