PEACH NUT CRISP

1 - (29 oz.) can Peaches (Halves)
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. mini - marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Drain peaches (save syrup). Dice peaches - add to syrup. Add
melted butter and marshmallows. Put into 9 inch square baking
dish. Sprinkle with nuts. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder
and salt. Sprinkle over peach mixture, mix lightly with fork, but
not thoroughly, just until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 -
50 minutes.
