RHUBARB CRUMBLE

6 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour

TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter - softened
1/2 c. shortening

Mix first 3 ingredients; pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING: Mix brown sugar, oats, flour, butter and shortening
in large bowl. Spread over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees
for 40 minutes. Lightly stir half way through baking.
