1 9-inch pie shell (unbaked)
1/2 lb. bacon or sausage or ham
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
Prepare (1) 9-inch pie crust. Fry meat until crisp. Layer
in bottom of pie shell. Mix together eggs with milk; pour over
meat. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50
minutes or until top is brown and knife comes clean when inserted
in middle of pie.
