14 oz. bread cubes 8 Tbsp. butter 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 2 1/2 c. broth or water, (may use chicken or turkey broth) 1/4 c. finely chopped celery 1 can Cream of Chicken soup Heat water or broth, soup and margarine to boil. Remove from heat and add stuffing (herbed cubes). Toss lightly with fork until moist through out. Serve immediately or use to stuff poultry, pork, or fish Recipe makes approx: 11 servings.
