2 - (12 oz) pkg. chocolate chips 6 oz. cream cheese - softened 3 c. powdered sugar 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts Line 9 x 13 inch pan with foil. (Spray first with Pam). Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat melted chocolate chips into cheese mixture. Stir in nuts. Press fudge into pan. Refrigerate until set. Remove from pan. Peel off foil. Place on cutting board. Cut into squares.
