EASY, NEVER-FAIL, CHOCOLATE FUDGE

14 oz. Hershey Bars (broken into chunks)
1 pkg. semi-sweet morsels
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
4 c. granulated sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. nuts (optional)

Combine sugar and milk and cook 5 minutes. After the mixture
comes to a full boil, reduce heat some and stir continually while
cooking. Pour while hot over broken Hershey bars, semi-sweet
morsels, and marshmallow cream. Beat until stiff. Beating time
is very short, but the fudge is very creamy. Pour into buttered
oblong pan and refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.

NOTE: To make peanut butter fudge use 1 (18 oz.) jar of peanut
butter and (7 oz.) jar of marshmallow cream. Cook sugar and milk
for 7 minutes. Follow directions above.
