1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soften
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
1/3 c. thinly sliced onions
8 to 10 thin slices fully-cooked ham
Beat cream cheese until creamy; stir in olives and onions. Spread
over ham slices. Roll up (jelly roll-style), starting with a short
side. Chill one hour. Just before serving, cut into 1-inch pieces.
Serve with Ritz or cracker of your choice.
Makes about 40.
