1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese; add Worcestershire sauce,
garlic, salt and cayenne pepper to cheese mixture. Roll into ball or
log and then roll in pecans. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
Serve with crackers.
Makes 2 small balls or 1 large ball or 2 long logs.
