8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. refried beans
3/4 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can avocado dip
small can chopped green chilies
2 firm tomatoes, chopped
1 c. diced purple onions
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 bags dip size Fritos
Use a 9 x 12 Pyrex dish. Line dish with sour cream, also sides. Mix
taco seasoning and refried beans. Spread over sour cream. Next,
spread avocado dip, green chilies, tomatoes, olives and onions.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Chill 2 hours plus. Serve with chips.
