1 (8. 5 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 (8 oz.) pkg. soften cream cheese 2 c. chopped nuts, divided 1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper 2 Tbsp. minced dry onions 1 tsp. salt Drain pineapple very well by pressing with spoon. Stir into cream cheese which is at room temperature. Add one cup of chopped pecans, peppers, onion and salt. Stir to combine. Chill thoroughly. Shape into 2 balls and roll in remaining nuts. Chill until serving time. Serve with graham crackers or your choice of crackers.
