8 oz. cream cheese 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 8 oz. pepper cheese, shredded 1/4 c. dry onion flakes 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. chopped pecans (optional) Have cream cheese at room temperature and cream. Add all other ingredients except pecans. Mix well and form into ball. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Roll into finely chopped pecans or plain. Serve with crackers.
