1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. cold milk
1 (3. 4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add sour cream,
vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix. Mix well after each
addition. Cover and chill 1 hour or longer. Serve with fresh fruit.
Makes 3 1/2 cups.
