1 Tbsp. egg white 2 c. pecan halves 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. ground cinnamon Beat egg white until foamy. Add pecans and toss until coated. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans and toss to coat. Spread out on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until brown, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to overcook.
